Mountbatten-Windsor missed a November deadline<\/a> to sit for a transcribed interview that was set by the U.S. House of Representatives\u2019 Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.<\/p>\n

During a visit to China and Japan<\/a> this week, Starmer was asked by reporters whether Mountbatten-Windsor should now apologize to Epstein\u2019s victims and testify to Congress about what he knew.<\/p>\n

The prime minister replied: \u201cI have always approached this question with the victims of Epstein in mind. Epstein\u2019s victims have to be the first priority,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
