West Bromwich Albion have signed Aston Villa midfielder Jamaldeen Jimoh-Aloba on loan for the rest of the season.<\/p>\n

The 19-year-old has made five substitute appearances for Villa’s first team, and made his Premier League debut in their defeat at Arsenal in December.<\/p>\n

He then came off the bench to score his first senior goal in the Europa League comeback win over RB Salzburg last week.<\/p>\n

Jimoh-Aloba spent just under a decade in the Baggies’ academy before moving to Villa Park in December 2023.<\/p>\n

“This was the number one place I wanted to come because of the emotions and feelings I have towards the club,” he told the club website, external<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“Those emotions are still in me deeply.<\/p>\n

“This is a massive club that should be in a much better place and I want to come here and help and do the best I can. I’m determined to help lift the team.<\/p>\n

“I was here as a kid from the age of six, so it’s a place I’m comfortable at. It’s a positive for me to come back and I can’t wait to get going.”<\/p>\n
