We know that the club is not at the place that it should be, but I&#8217;m here to help the team and to bring what I can to achieve our goal.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Disasi has not played for more than a year for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/sport\/football\/teams\/chelsea\" class=\"ssrcss-eyo3xn-InlineLink e1kn3p7n0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Chelsea<\/a> and was placed in the club&#8217;s so\u2011called &#8220;bomb squad&#8221; after failing to secure a move last summer and deemed surplus to requirements by former head coach Enzo Maresca.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">He later worked his way back into the under\u201121s and first\u2011team training, although he did not make a senior appearance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Disasi joined <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/sport\/football\/teams\/chelsea\" class=\"ssrcss-eyo3xn-InlineLink e1kn3p7n0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Chelsea<\/a> from Monaco in 2023 in a \u00a338m deal and spent the second half of last season on loan at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/sport\/football\/teams\/aston-villa\" class=\"ssrcss-eyo3xn-InlineLink e1kn3p7n0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Aston Villa<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">But he is determined to prove his worth at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/sport\/football\/teams\/west-ham-united\" class=\"ssrcss-eyo3xn-InlineLink e1kn3p7n0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">West Ham<\/a> as he added: &#8220;The club has given me the opportunity to show my quality on the pitch.
