Jesy Nelson<\/a> and fianc\u00e9 Zion Foster<\/a> have split up amid a very difficult personal experience.<\/p>\n

The 34-year-old Little Mix<\/a> former member confirmed the breakup in an interview, revealing she and the 26-year-old rapper have gone their separate ways after welcoming now 8-month-old twin daughters, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe, who were diagnosed with a rare condition.<\/p>\n

Last month, Jesy shared that her daughters were diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), tearfully revealing they will most likely never walk.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cI am taking each day as it comes because I feel like right now, especially with the girls\u2019 diagnosis, it\u2019s all I can really do. If I try to look too far into the future, I will drive myself crazy,\u201d she went on to say in the interview.<\/p>\n

Jesy and Zion were first linked since the beginning of 2022, and even collaborated on music together. They welcomed their first kids together, then got engaged four months later in September of last year.<\/p>\n
