\n Beamish Park Golf Club has secured a \u00a3400,000 funding facility to support major improvements, including refurbishment of visitor facilities, upgrades to its on-site shop, and development of mobile home and visitor parking.\n<\/p>\n

\n “It allows us to invest in the areas that will generate new income and improve the experience for our members and visitors, while also simplifying and restructuring our existing borrowing.\n<\/p>\n
\n “The support from UMi Get Funding was invaluable.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Dave took the time to fully understand our situation and guided us through the options, ensuring we ended up with a solution that genuinely works for the club both now and in the future.”\n<\/p>\n

\n The funding, secured through specialist support from UMi Get Funding, was provided by peer-to-peer lender FOLK2FOLK.\n<\/p>\n
\n The financial package is designed not only to enable investment in new infrastructure but also to help restructure existing debt.\n<\/p>\n
\n The club, based in County Durham, plans to enhance its facilities as part of a broader strategy to become a year-round destination for visitors.\n<\/p>\n
\n Upgrades will include refurbishing Beamish Lodge to create visitor accommodation and improving retail and parking amenities on site.\n<\/p>\n

\n By upgrading its facilities, Beamish Park Golf Club hopes to attract more tourists, increase spending in the area, and support local supply chains and job creation.\n<\/p>\n
\n The funding arrangement is structured to deliver both immediate financial relief and long-term flexibility.\n<\/p>\n
\n This dual objective will allow the club to invest in growth while improving its financial stability.\n<\/p>\n
