Here are her top diet and fitness habits.<\/p>\n<p>Hilaria posts her \u201cfound moment workouts\u201d on Instagram, sneaky two- or five-minute workouts. \u201cThese are things like <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/BXOSnOxgL78\/?utm_source=ig_embed\" target=\"_blank\">stroller leg lifts<\/a> or getting in a <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/BTNROSagkzF\/?utm_source=ig_embed\" target=\"_blank\">quick ab workout before bed<\/a>,\u201d she told <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/nutritiouslife.com\/love-more\/hilaria-baldwin-healthy-lifestyle-workouts\/\" target=\"_blank\">Nutritious Life<\/a>. \u201cI like to work out multiple times a day, whether that\u2019s for two minutes, five minutes, or 10 minutes. And there\u2019s something to be said about moving throughout the day versus going to the gym for an hour. Any opportunity you get to move or stretch is a good one.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hilaria maintains a\u201dplant-based\u201d diet, and it\u2019s incredibly healthy. \u201cMy diet consists of real food and real ingredients only,\u201d she tells Nutritious Life.<\/p>\n<p>Her go-to breakfast? \u201cMy mornings are usually very busy taking care of my kids and getting everyone where they need to go. So, I go through phases. Usually in the morning I\u2019ll go for a run, have some coffee, and then will grab a Health Warrior bar\u2013\u2013in my house we\u2019re big fans. If it\u2019s a morning where I have more time, I\u2019ll make a bowl of oatmeal,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>For lunch, she is a fan of her own \u201cliving clearly bowls, which she details in her book, <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2Z5xgxo\" target=\"_blank\">The Living Clearly Method: 5 Principles for a Fit Body, Healthy Mind &amp; Joyful Life<\/a>. \u201cThese are plant-based bowls filled with vegetables, whole grains like quinoa or rice, and various proteins like beans, tempeh, or tofu. I\u2019ll make them in advance\u2013\u2013they\u2019re healthy, fast, and affordable. It\u2019s a good way to vary your lunch. Plus, I\u2019ll change up the dressing or a few of the ingredients to keep it exciting but still include all the important food groups for a healthy and balanced meal,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n<p>Hilaria works out daily. \u201cI work out almost every day even if that means doing something small. I believe in combining three things; cardio, strength training, and stretching. I like to go for runs and take barre and yoga classes.
