{"id":414991,"date":"2026-02-08T18:17:09","date_gmt":"2026-02-08T18:17:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/414991\/"},"modified":"2026-02-08T18:17:09","modified_gmt":"2026-02-08T18:17:09","slug":"bond-girl-ready-to-shine-spotlight-on-spy-series-in-lichfield-show","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/414991\/","title":{"rendered":"Bond girl ready to shine spotlight on spy series in Lichfield show"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>AN actress who performed as an iconic Bond girl is coming to the stage as part of a Lichfield producer\u2019s new show.<\/p>\n<p>Madeline Smith, who starred in Live and Let Die, will appear in From Bond With Love at the Lichfield Garrick on 25th June.<\/p>\n<p>As well as her starring role in the 007 franchise, the actress has also appeared in movies such as The Vampire Lovers, Theatre of Blood and Carry On Matron.<\/p>\n<p>The show will feature 20 iconic theme songs from the Bond series performed by a live band and three singers, with stories surrounding the films told between the numbers.<\/p>\n<p>Lichfield-based producer Tom Roberts said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to welcome Madeline to Lichfield.
