Derek Brockway has hinted that a change is on the way for the weather<\/a> across Wales later this week. The weatherman gave his forecast on BBC<\/a> Wales on Tuesday evening, hinting that it is set to turn dry and bright, with some sunshine and frost on Saturday.<\/p>\n The Met Office has also predicted that we’re in for a mainly dry and bright but “chilly” day on Saturday. Their forecast says that it will turn “colder and drier” as we head into the weekend.<\/p>\n Giving his weather forecast, Derek agreed saying: “It’s raining again in some parts of the country. There is a change on the way though, it will turn dry and bright and colder later this week with some sunshine and frost on Saturday.<\/p>\n “It will be drier for a time this evening but it won’t last. More rain will swing north eastwards across the country, with some heavy bursts of rain in the north and it will be a mild night with the lowest temperatures around seven to nine degrees.<\/p>\n “Later this week, it is all change, low pressure will move away, turning colder and drier, with a brief ridge of high pressure.”<\/p>\n The Met Office says on Wednesday, Wales is set for a cloudy, murky and wet start to the day.<\/p>\n It adds: “Rain will slowly clear north through the afternoon, allowing some brighter spells to develop, particularly in the south.”<\/p>\n As for the outlook from Thursday to Saturday, it adds: “Turning colder and drier as we head into the weekend.<\/p>\n “Further rain or showers through Thursday, less so on Friday.<\/p>\n “Saturday will be mostly dry, bright and chilly.”<\/p>\n Get daily breaking news updates on your phone by joining our WhatsApp community here<\/a>.
