Will she claim the title \u2018Fittest Woman on Earth\u2019 for the 8th time? Only time will tell.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re keen to try training like the champ, then you\u2019re in luck, as Tia shared a four-move workout you can do straight from home. What\u2019s even better is that all you\u2019ll need is a mat, a little space, and not a single piece of equipment \u2013 it&#8217;s bodyweight only.<\/p>\n<p>Tia initially shared this workout online for CrossFit Waterside and (luckily for you) she live-streamed it, so we can all join in on the fun. It\u2019s a 16-minute EMOM, which stands for \u2018every minute on the minute\u2019. This is where you complete a set number of reps for an exercise at the start of each minute. You want to work hard \u2013 as you do get a rest, if you want one \u2013 but still try and work at a maintainable pace, as you\u2019ve got four rounds to get through. Here\u2019s the workout:<\/p>\n<p>Minute 1: max hand release push-ups (can do these from your knees)Minute 2: max jumping lunges\/or alternating lungesMinute 3: max burpeesMinute 4: rest\/ or 30 sec hollow hold<\/p>\n<p>Make sure you spend some time doing some <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.t3.com\/active\/a-stretchologist-shares-five-static-stretches-to-boost-full-body-flexibility-and-reduce-muscle-soreness\" data-before-rewrite-localise=\"https:\/\/www.t3.com\/active\/a-stretchologist-shares-five-static-stretches-to-boost-full-body-flexibility-and-reduce-muscle-soreness\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">static stretches<\/a> after this to prevent any delayed-onset muscle soreness the following day.
