Sunday.

“Our enquiries suggest there had been a number of other violent incidents in Keighley in the days leading up to his murder, which may be linked, and we are keen to hear from anyone with any information about those that could assist us.

“We appreciate that people will have concerns and may be reluctant to tell us what they know, but we want to reassure them that we will treat any information and the source of any information as sensitively as possible.

“It is vital that anyone who does have information that could help to get Suhail’s family the answers they need, passes that on to us.

“Our online Major Incident Public Portal is a discreet way for people to contact us and provide information, as well as to upload CCTV, phone, dashcam or doorbell footage.

“The independent charity Crimestoppers is a completely anonymous way for people to provide information with no details recorded of where it has come from and I would also encourage anyone who has information to consider using this way.”

 ‘Concern in wider community’

He said the incident has caused “understandable concern in the wider community and we are continuing to work closely alongside our colleagues at Bradford District to provide reassurance and to
