Sandie Peggie wins employment tribunal against NHS Fife – but not Dr Upton<\/a>\n<\/p>\n\n Ms Peggie had lodged a claim against NHS Fife and Dr Upton, citing the Equality Act 2010, including sexual harassment, harassment related to a protected belief, indirect discrimination, and victimisation.\n<\/p>\n
\n The claims against Dr Upton were rejected by the employment tribunal.\n<\/p>\n
\n The Scottish Sun On Sunday reported Dr Upton, 30, has left NHS Fife.\n<\/p>\n
\n A spokesperson for the health board said: \u201cNHS Fife can confirm that Dr Beth Upton left the organisation at the end of 2025.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cAs this is a personal employment matter, we will be making no further comment.\u201d\n<\/p>\n
\n Ms Peggie has said she will continue her legal fight and will not be giving up \u201cany time soon\u201d after her partial win in the employment tribunal.\n<\/p>\n
\n Her supporters have also hit out at the fact the tribunal issued corrections to its original 312-page ruling in Ms Peggie\u2019s case.\n<\/p>\n
