Despite having an average house price<\/a> of \u00a3517,119, which is well above the national average, Marple continues to attract a range of buyers from families to professionals who turn to the town in search for a ‘better lifestyle’, according to local estate agent Tim Ashmore.<\/a><\/p>\n
