(ABC News: Olivia Mason)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph__iYReA\">It is a sad reality for Flinders University shark ecologist Charlie Huveneers as he emerges from the water after another fruitless search.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph__iYReA\">&#8220;We&#8217;ve been studying Port Jackson sharks here for many years,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Normally we would see 20 to 30.
