The trailer for Do Not Enter promised that the film was coming soon when it debuted<\/a> last August, and while that may not have been entirely accurate, it finally has a release date.<\/p>\n

Based on the 2005 novel Creepers (and formerly titled<\/a> as such) by First Blood author David Morrell, the supernatural horror-thriller will be released in select theaters and on Digital March 20 via Lionsgate and Suretone Pictures, Deadline<\/a> has learned.<\/p>\n

The story follows thrill-seeking urban explorers known as the Creepers gang who love pushing things to the edge. Their latest and biggest stunt yet entails livestreaming from New Jersey\u2019s abandoned Paragon Hotel.<\/p>\n

With its mobster past, supposed ghosts and rumored stash of $300 million, the Paragon is catnip to the Creepers, a surefire way to increase their fanbase. But fear has other plans.<\/p>\n

Daring to enter the Paragon, not heeding the warnings, the Creepers fend off deadly rivals while supernatural creatures stalk them from the shadows, testing their endurance, sanity and willingness to pay fame\u2019s heavy price.<\/p>\n

Jake Manley (\u201cThe Order\u201d), Adeline Rudolph (\u201cChilling Adventures of Sabrina\u201d), Francesca Reale (\u201cStranger Things\u201d), Shane Paul McGhie (After), Kai Caster (\u201cYellowstone\u201d), Javier Botet ([Rec]), Nicholas Hamilton (IT),\u00a0and Laurence O\u2019Fuarain (\u201cThe Sandman\u201d) star.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have waited decades to find the right feature film project to which I could truly dedicate myself,\u201d said director Marc Klasfeld, who makes his feature debut after helming music videos for the likes of Eminem, Katy Perry, and Slipknot.<\/p>\n

Stephen Susco (The Grudge, Texas Chainsaw), Spencer Mandel, and Dikega Hadnot\u00a0penned the script for the film, which blends found-footage horror elements with traditional thriller components.<\/p>\n

Do Not Enter is rated R for \u201cbloody violence and some language.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
