The UK Supreme Court just dropped a bombshell judgment that

\nwill likely be suitable for re-examination under the new
\nframework
\n
\nAdministrative procedure\u00a0 – it is
\ncurrently unclear whether the UKIPO will perform re-examinations
\nautomatically but, to be on the safe side, we recommend proactively
\nrequesting them

\nTimeline\u00a0– we should expect big delays.
\nIt’s possible that the UKIPO will prioritize pushing
\nEmotional Perception through the examination before re-assessing
