Hilary Duff<\/a>\u00a0was left red faced when she\u00a0accidentally made an X-rated comment about Poundland<\/a> in a hilarious clip as she learnt about\u00a0British classics on Friday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The singer, who is set to play the UK later this year as part of her\u00a0Lucky Me UK tour, sat down in the Yeoman Warders Club, a non-public pub in the Tower of London, for a new interview this week.<\/p>\n

She was joined by Capital FM’s Jordan North<\/a> as he taught her all there is to know about Britain when she suffered a slip-up.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He said:\u00a0I’ll recommend some spots whilst you’re on tour here. We have Wetherspoons<\/a>…’<\/p>\n

Confused, Hilary asked: ‘Weather or wet her spoons? Still not quite sure exactly what you said.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

Jordan continued: ‘It’s a pub you can get some really good deals in there.\u00a0You can just say Spoons. When you get there just say, where is your nearest Spoons?\u00a0<\/p>\n

Hilary said: ‘Yeah. I drove down I drove up past a pound town. Is that what it’s called?<\/p>\n

Bursting out into fits of laughter, Jordan added: ‘No. No. Not pound town.\u00a0Poundland. Poundland. Oh my gosh. Pound Town is something completely different!’<\/p>\n

‘Honestly, it works, doesn’t it? Pound Town’s such a better name,’ she joked.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Hilary is\u00a0hitting the road for the newly announced, 47-date The Lucky Me Tour.<\/p>\n

The former Disney Channel star will visit seven countries for the world tour, which kicks off June 22 in West Palm Beach, FL and concludes February 12, 2027 in Mexico<\/a> City, MX.<\/p>\n

Hiliary’s opening acts are all led by women – English synth-pop act La Roux as well as Canadian crooners Lauren Spencer Smith and Jade LeMac.<\/p>\n

She debuted The Lucky Me Tour with a video <\/a>of herself rummaging through a closet, which ended with her selecting a cozy white faux-fur coat.<\/p>\n

‘The name says it all,’ the singer wrote on Instagram<\/a>. ‘I truly feel so lucky to be able to be onstage again in front of all of you beautiful people. I can’t wait! See you on the lucky me tour.’<\/p>\n

It marks the Mature songstress’s first world tour since her 40-date Dignity Tour circa 2007-2008 in support of her fourth studio album.<\/p>\n

Hiliary’s presale begins February 19 at 10am (sign up on Monday) for North America, and February 17 at 10am for the United Kingdom and Ireland.<\/p>\n

For Australia and New Zealand, the artist presale begins February 17 at noon.<\/p>\n

And there’s additional presale tickets available to American Express, Citi, Mastercard and Westpac New Zealand Mastercard card holders as well as Verizon, Vodafone and Westfield members.<\/p>\n

The Lucky Me Tour comes after she concludes her sold out, Las Vegas mini-residency at the Voltaire inside The Venetian Resort on February 13-15 as well as May 22-24.<\/p>\n
