The Mad Titan is expected to make his presence felt in the MCU again at some point, but we might be waiting a while to see him.<\/p>\n
This isn’t the first time we’ve heard that Thanos is set to return, and Josh Brolin was said to be in talks to reprise the role last year. We had assumed that the powerful villain would be a part of Avengers: Doomsday, but scooper MTTSH<\/a> is now claiming that he won’t be back until Secret Wars.<\/p>\n While discussing his past roles with Collider<\/a>\u00a0last year, Brolin admitted that he would consider playing Thanos again under the right circumstances – and with Joe and Anthony Russo at the helm.<\/p>\n “I\u2019m not kidding \u2014 There\u2019s a thing with playing Thanos. It\u2019s like, \u2018Oh, they\u2019re gonna bring Thanos back.\u2019 It\u2019s like Sicario ; it has to be right. It\u2019s like Ryan Reynolds and I talking about Taylor Swift and we should be talking about Deadpool 4 . But we go back and forth. Again, it\u2019s what in his mind fits, what in my mind fits.
