And that\u2019s just one of the reasons why Time Out named Anglesey one of the UK\u2019s best places to visit in 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>With a Michelin star and four AA rosettes,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sosbanandtheoldbutchers.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-mrf-link=\"https:\/\/sosbanandtheoldbutchers.com\/\" data-modified-href=\"https:\/\/sosbanandtheoldbutchers.com\/\" data-modified->Sosban &amp; the Old Butchers<\/a>\u00a0is the most decorated of the island\u2019s restaurants.\u00a0Its \u00a3175\u00a0nine-course menu is a\u00a0mystery\u00a0until you are sat at your table, but it always prioritises using the best locally sourced produce available on the day. <\/p>\n<p>Of course, a dinner there is best reserved for a special occasion. For something more low-key, we recommend\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thetavernonthebay.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-mrf-link=\"https:\/\/www.thetavernonthebay.co.uk\/\" data-modified-href=\"https:\/\/www.thetavernonthebay.co.uk\/\" data-modified->Tavern on the Bay<\/a>, which\u00a0provides superb views and elevated comfort food and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thestoresanglesey.com\/restaurant\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-mrf-link=\"https:\/\/www.thestoresanglesey.com\/restaurant\" data-modified-href=\"https:\/\/www.thestoresanglesey.com\/restaurant\" data-modified->The Store<\/a>, which is\u00a0brilliant for pizza, small plates and the odd DJ night. Award-winning <a href=\"https:\/\/dylansrestaurant.co.uk\/restaurant\/menus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Dylan\u2019s<\/a> takes pride in creating menus out of North Wales\u2019 best produce while <a href=\"https:\/\/www.catch22anglesey.co.uk\/menu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Catch 22<\/a> is a great place to go for an enormous platter of fresh local seafood.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>When you\u2019re not eating, we recommend spending your time\u00a0walking the\u00a0Welsh Coastal Path around Anglesey.
