Chelsea have been tipped to sell star player Cole Palmer to Manchester United and miss out on Champions League qualification during the 2025\/26 run-in.<\/p>\n
Palmer is said to be a boyhood Man Utd<\/a> fan, but he progressed through the ranks at Manchester City before he joined Chelsea.<\/p>\n The 2025\/26 campaign has been frustrating for Palmer <\/a>as he\u2019s been impacted by injuries, but he remains one of the best attacking midfielders in the Premier League.<\/p>\n The England international is also Chelsea<\/a>\u2018s best player, but he has been heavily linked with a potential exit from Stamford Bridge in recent months.<\/p>\n Reports last month claimed Palmer has been disgruntled since the exit of former Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca, with the attacker mooted as a possible replacement for Bruno Fernandes at Man Utd.<\/a><\/p>\n Now, former Premier League manager Sam Allardyce has backed Chelsea to \u201csell at the right price\u201d, with Man Utd tipped to pull off the \u201cbig signing\u201d on one condition.<\/p>\n \u201cChelsea will always sell at the right price, so it\u2019s whether Manchester United have the money that they\u2019d want for him Cole Palmer,\u201d Allardyce said on the No Tippy Tappy Football podcast.<\/a><\/p>\n READ:\u00a0Maresca among sacked managers proved right in transfer tussles this season<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cIt would be a big signing for United.
