\n Tracey Dennison won the top prize at the Menopause in Practice Awards 2026, retaining the title she first claimed last year.\n<\/p>\n
\n Her clinic, East Riding Aesthetics & Wellness, was also named Best Menopause Clinic (North of England) and received highly commended awards for Menopause Practice (UK) and Menopause Education Provider.\n<\/p>\n
\n Ms Dennison said:\u00a0\u201cIt\u2019s\u00a0fantastic\u00a0to receive this recognition.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Through our clinics and education programmes, we want women to know more, expect better and feel confident seeking regulated, expert support during menopause.\u201d\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
\n The awards celebrate excellence and innovation in menopause care across the UK.\n<\/p>\n
\n Ms Dennison is recognised nationally and internationally for her work in menopause care, education, and advocacy.\n<\/p>\n
\n She is a British Menopause Society Registered Specialist and a trainer of menopause practitioners, regularly speaking at national and international conferences.\n<\/p>\n
\n Her clinical work includes in-person clinics in Beverley and York, as well as online consultations supporting women at every stage of the menopause journey.\n<\/p>\n
\n Ms Dennison explained:\u00a0“We are a small clinic with a very wide reach.\n<\/p>\n
\n “No single practitioner can \u2013 or should \u2013 offer menopause care in isolation.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Our success is down to a huge multidisciplinary network \u2013 from yoga therapists and nutritionists to clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, personal trainers and community groups.\n<\/p>\n
\n “We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who trusts us with their care at what can be a very difficult and vulnerable time.”\n<\/p>\n
\n She also delivers menopause training to organisations and advises employers on creating more supportive workplace cultures.\n<\/p>\n
\n This work is particularly relevant ahead of the \u2018menopause mandate,\u2019 which will become law for large employers in 2027.\n<\/p>\n
\n She has long advocated for the importance of nursing professionals in women\u2019s health.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Nurses need a much higher profile in women\u2019s health,”\u00a0Ms Dennison said.\n<\/p>\n
\n “We build relationships, we listen, and we\u2019re often the people women feel safest opening up to.\n<\/p>\n
\n “That puts us in a unique position to deliver expert, evidence-based care when generalist services don\u2019t fully understand menopause.”\n<\/p>\n
\n Education remains a central part of her work.\n<\/p>\n
\n She leads menopause education programmes for healthcare professionals and the corporate sector, delivers practitioner training nationally, and is a trainer on the British Menopause Society Specialist Course.\n<\/p>\n
\n She also delivers Level 1 face-to-face training for medical professionals through Cosmetic Courses.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
