The tough meeting between the pair allowed Prograis to bounce back from losses to Devin Haney<\/a> and Jack Catterall<\/a>, with his record now 30-3. <\/p>\n With the win, Prograis will aim to become a three-time world champion as he is currently 36 years of age. The American\u2019s title ambitions mean that he is not open to facing the newcomers in the division. <\/p>\n Following his win over Diaz, Prograis was interviewed by The Boxing Mob, where he was asked what his next steps might be. <\/p>\n The former world champion was informed that he was called out by undefeated prospects Curmel Moton and Emiliano Vargas. However, Regis shot down the potential matchups. <\/p>\n \u201cI ain\u2019t going to lie, that\u2019s small fish right now,\u201d Prograis said. \u201cListen, I want to be a champion again, get back to the belt, big money fights.\u201d<\/p>\n Despite \u2018shouting out\u2019 Moton and Vargas, Prograis reiterated his lack of interest before saying the prospects should fight one another. <\/p>\n Haney<\/a> and Ryan Garcia<\/a> were names mentioned to Prograis that interested Saturday night\u2019s victor.
