It is currently unclear as to who Usyk<\/a> will face next, despite Joseph Parker campaigning for a championship fight<\/a>.<\/p>\n One boxing coach feels that Usyk has already etched his name into the history books, comparing him amongst the top fighters of all time. <\/p>\n Legendary boxing trainer Abel Sanchez has been around the sport for decades now, meaning he has a deep knowledge of the fighting game. <\/p>\n In a recent interview with Fight Hub TV, Sanchez was asked to give his thoughts on Usyk and where he ranks against greats of the past. <\/p>\n Sanchez started by saying that he hopes people don\u2019t say that Usyk fought in a \u2018weak division\u2019 when comparing him to the likes of Mike Tyson<\/a> or Muhammad Ali<\/a>. <\/p>\n \u201cI would never compare him in a fight to Tyson, because Tyson is a different era.\u201d<\/p>\n The coach then added, \u201cIn his era, he is the cream of the crop. He\u2019s dominated everybody, he\u2019s beaten everybody.\u201d<\/p>\n When asked to give Usyk a ranking against all-time greats at heavyweight, Sanchez said, \u201cIn the bottom five of a top 10\u2026 Somewhere around five or six, somewhere there.\u201d<\/p>\n The coach was then asked how Usyk would fare in fights against some of the greatest heavyweights of all time<\/a>, to which Sanchez responded, \u201cYou can\u2019t compare, it\u2019s just different eras.\u201d<\/p>\n![\"Abel](\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/GettyImages-1182626119-1024x683.jpg\")
