{"id":451861,"date":"2026-03-01T11:08:09","date_gmt":"2026-03-01T11:08:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/451861\/"},"modified":"2026-03-01T11:08:09","modified_gmt":"2026-03-01T11:08:09","slug":"every-clubs-highest-paid-player-and-how-much-they-earn-per-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/451861\/","title":{"rendered":"Every club&#8217;s highest-paid player and how much they earn per week&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Eight clubs are paying their top earners more than \u00a3200,000 a week, with some providing far better value for money than others.<\/p>\n<p>Bukayo Saka became the sixth new highest-earner in the Premier League when he signed his new deal at Arsenal.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s Saka and the stars receiving the highest salaries at every other club.<\/p>\n<p>This list is based on base salary only \u2013 no bonuses included \u2013 with most figures sourced from\u00a0<a rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/capology.com\/uk\/premier-league\/salaries\/\" target=\"_blank\">Capology<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Arsenal \u2013 Bukayo Saka<\/p>\n<p>Saka\u2019s new contract puts the winger on \u2018in excess of \u00a3300,000 a week\u2019, making him the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.football365.com\/news\/highest-paid-players-in-premier-league-biggest-salary-wage\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">fifth-highest paid player in the Premier League<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Aston Villa \u2013 Jadon Sancho<\/p>\n<p>Villa agreed to pay \u00a3200,000 of Sancho\u2019s \u00a3250,000-a-week wages when they borrowed him off Manchester United. Behind the on-loan winger, and providing far better value for money, are Morgan Rogers, Emil Martinez, Boubakar Kamnara and Youri Tielemans, all on \u00a3150,000 a week.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bournemouth \u2013 Evanilson<\/p>\n<p>The Brazil forward jumped ahead of Justin Kluivert as the Cherries\u2019 best-paid player when he signed an \u00a385,000-a-week contract in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Brentford \u2013 Igor Thiago, Jordan Henderson, Mikkel Damsgaard<\/p>\n<p>Big investments made by the Bees since last summer with all three signing contracts worth \u00a375,000 a week.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Brighton \u2013 Pascal Gross<\/p>\n<p>The Seagulls made the German their highest-paid player on \u00a390,000 a week when they brought him back from Borussia Dortmund in January.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Burnley \u2013 Kyle Walker<\/p>\n<p>The Clarets really pushed the boat out to land Walker last summer, giving the veteran \u00a375,000 a week. But most of the other Blues have contracts until the end of time while James\u2019s terms have only three years remaining.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Crystal Palace \u2013 Jorgen Strand Larsen<\/p>\n<p>Palace paid big money and high salaries in January, with Brennan Johnson just behind the \u00a3120,000-a-week Norwegian striker.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Everton \u2013 Jack Grealish<\/p>\n<p>Grealish was decent value for the \u00a3225,000 a week that Everton were putting towards his salary until injury ended his season, sending him back to Manchester City.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Fulham \u2013 Bernd Leno<\/p>\n<p>On \u00a3130,000 a week, the German keeper remains the Cottagers\u2019 highest-paid star \u2013 presumably until they convince Harry Wilson, currently on \u00a355,000 a week, to sign a renewal.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Leeds United \u2013 Dominic Calvert-Lewin<\/p>\n<p>The \u00a3100,000-a-week England striker, signed for free in the summer, is the only Leeds player raking in six figures every seven days.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Liverpool \u2013 Mo Salah<\/p>\n<p>Whether or not he offers value for money after his \u00a3400,000-a-week renewal last summer, in the salary stakes, Salah is behind only\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Manchester City \u2013 Erling Haaland<\/p>\n<p>The Premier League\u2019s highest-paid player on \u00a3525,000 a week until 2024.
