{"id":452063,"date":"2026-03-01T13:58:15","date_gmt":"2026-03-01T13:58:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/452063\/"},"modified":"2026-03-01T13:58:15","modified_gmt":"2026-03-01T13:58:15","slug":"mp-sarah-hall-launches-survey-to-seek-urgent-care-experiences","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/uk\/452063\/","title":{"rendered":"MP Sarah Hall launches survey to seek urgent care experiences"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n  Sarah Hall, who is MP for Warrington South, is asking residents to fill out a survey as part of her ongoing work to improve local NHS services and reduce pressure on A&amp;E.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The survey, launched this week, invites people to share their experiences of A&amp;E, ambulance services and walk-in care.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  It aims to gather real stories about long waits, corridor care, confusion over where to go, being passed between services, and other challenges people have faced when seeking urgent help.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  It follows Ms Hall\u2019s recent column in the Warrington Guardian outlining a phased proposal to improve healthcare in Warrington, including proposals for a new Urgent Treatment Centre to ease pressure on Warrington Hospital.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Residents completing the survey can also indicate whether they would like assistance from Ms Hall\u2019s office following their experience.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The findings will be used to inform discussions with local NHS partners and Ministers as part of efforts to improve urgent and emergency care provision in Warrington.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Residents can share their experience of urgent care by completing the short survey at <a href=\"https:\/\/sarahhall.co.uk\/utc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">SarahHall.co.uk\/UTC<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Ms Hall said: \u201cWhen you need urgent medical help, the last thing you should feel is uncertainty.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cI\u2019ve visited Warrington A&amp;E. I\u2019ve seen the pressure staff are under, and I\u2019ve heard from residents who have waited far too long for care.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cThis survey is about listening properly.
