Robert Sanchez won\u2019t want to look back at the highlights of his performance during Chelsea\u2019s defeat against Arsenal, and Frank Leboeuf is far from impressed.<\/p>\n

Ever since Sanchez<\/a> joined Chelsea<\/a> for \u00a325m, the Spaniard has been capable of a blunder. While he is a top goalkeeper, an excellent shot-stopper, he is one of those who regularly makes a big mistake.<\/p>\n

Whether it be the two mistakes he made in the first leg of the Carabao Cup semi-finals, or almost giving the ball away on the edge of the area on Sunday, Sanchez does not inspire confidence in the defence.<\/p>\n

Rosenior had his head in his hands when Sanchez almost conceded possession<\/a> to Viktor Gyokeres. If Rosenior<\/a> needed convincing that Sanchez should be replaced this summer, he got it on Sunday.<\/p>\n

What Frank Leboeuf said about Robert Sanchez <\/p>\n

It\u2019s not the first time that Chelsea have been linked with new goalkeepers and replacing the Spanish stopper. Speaking to ESPN<\/a>, former Chelsea star Leboeuf was very critical of Chelsea\u2019s no.1 goalkeeper.<\/p>\n

The Chelsea icon said that every time Sanchez is in possession of the ball, he becomes nervous and even compared him to Arsenal\u2019s \u00a327m<\/a> man David Raya<\/a>, claiming Sanchez is miles behind Arsenal\u2019s star.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s\u00a0a very good\u00a0goalkeeper but we\u00a0have to\u00a0stop telling him that\u00a0he\u2019s\u00a0capable of playing out from the back. He\u2019s\u00a0bad from his feet, he scares everybody. I was jumping every time he got the ball. He\u2019s\u00a0a danger. <\/p>\n

\u201cRosenior should tell him to stop being\u00a0so\u00a0easy-going because he\u00a0doesn\u2019t\u00a0know what he\u2019s doing on the ball. I was\u00a0very upset\u00a0with that. You could see the difference between Sanchez and Raya, it was huge.\u201d<\/p>\n

Which goalkeepers are on Chelsea\u2019s radar this summer?<\/p>\n

Chelsea have already made a move to help Sanchez out behind the scenes, bringing in goalkeeping coach Casper Ankergren. The Danish stopper played for Leeds and Brighton during his playing career.<\/p>\n

Who would you prefer \u2013 Roefs or Verbruggen? <\/p>\n

Both are rated at \u00a350m.<\/p>\n

But come the summer, a priority will be a new goalkeeper. Mike Maignan has signed a new contract at AC Milan, but the Blues have plenty of options on the shortlist. Roma\u2019s Mile Svilar is supposedly a target<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Then there are Premier League duo Bart Verbruggen and Robin Roefs,<\/a> who are both rated in the region of \u00a350m by Brighton and Sunderland. A goalkeeper will be targeted this summer by the London side.<\/p>\n
