The drop-off tariff at Belfast International Airport is set to rise by \u00a32 this month. Those wishing to leave a loved one off at the airport drop zone will now pay \u00a35 from Monday, March 9.<\/p>\n
A spokesperson for Belfast International Airport<\/a> said the increase from \u00a33 reflects “significant cost pressures” and that other drop off options are available.<\/p>\n A statement from Belfast International Airport said: “From Monday 9th March the tariff in our drop off zone will increase from \u00a33 to \u00a35. Those requiring additional time should use the short stay car park where blue badge holders will continue to receive 30minutes free.<\/p>\n “We remain committed to transforming the airport and are progressing with our \u00a3100million investment programme that has already delivered a new terminal extension, security hall and enhanced duty-free experience.<\/p>\n “Further improvements to the exterior forecourt layout will commence shortly to support traffic flow and public transport access.”<\/p>\n Want to see more of the stories you love from Belfast Live?
