Hull City have moved to extend Regan Slater’s contract by a further 12 months as they look to hold talks over a longer-term deal at the MKM Stadium.<\/p>\n
Slater<\/a>‘s existing deal was due to end this summer, but the club held an option to extend, and they’ve taken that, meaning his contract now runs until next summer.<\/p>\n The 26-year-old has been a pivotal figure at the MKM Stadium this season, playing 35 times in the Championship and becoming one of Sergej Jakirovic’s go-to performers.<\/p>\n Sporting director Jared Dublin had told Hull Live last month<\/a> that discussions were ongoing with Slater and his representatives over a longer-term deal in East Yorkshire, and it’s expected those talks will continue in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n JOIN US ON FACEBOOK!
