Princess Andre<\/a> is back with a second series of her smash-hit reality show, The Princess Diaries<\/a>, which sees her continue on her road to independence, and involves appearances from well-known faces such as pal Heidi Katona,<\/a> Heidi’s mum Kerry and Princess’s big brother, Harvey.<\/p>\n

Here, the 18-year-old daughter of Peter Andre<\/a> and Katie Price<\/a>, who as well as being an influencer and TV star has her own successful make-up range, is joined by protective big brother Junior<\/a>, 20, to tell the Mirror<\/a> what fans can expect from the much-anticipated new season\u2026<\/p>\n

Hey, you two. You\u2019re both featured in Princess\u2019s new series. What can you tease?<\/p>\n

Princess: Last series, I turned 18 and it was my journey towards adulthood, so this time you\u2019re going to see more of me doing independent stuff. There are things I can\u2019t say yet, but it\u2019s going to be really exciting.<\/p>\n

Which famous faces will we see pop up on the show?<\/p>\n

Princess: My big brother Harvey\u2019s going to be in it \u2013 which you\u2019re going to love, Heidi and Kerry Katona<\/a>, and Junior\u2019s in it more this time, too.<\/p>\n

Junior: We had a lot of feedback about how lovely our brother and sister relationship is, and it showcases that more.<\/p>\n

What are your best and worst qualities, each of you?<\/p>\n

Princess: Junior\u2019s very caring, funny. It depends on the mood, but he loves a chat.<\/p>\n

Junior: Princess is thoughtful, she\u2019s got a big heart and is very loving. Her worst quality? Maybe her stubbornness \u2013 only within our brother and sister dynamic, but it\u2019s silly stuff like, \u201cNo, we\u2019re watching this on Netflix<\/a>, not that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Do we see a different Princess this season?<\/p>\n

Princess: It\u2019s me pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I think people love seeing me living my life as an 18-year-old girl.<\/p>\n

Is day-to-day life as hectic as it seems?<\/p>\n

Princess: I don\u2019t think I\u2019ve actually had a break! It is hectic, but I\u2019m not complaining because I absolutely love it. You learn things every single day.<\/p>\n

Dad Peter is taking a step back this series, isn\u2019t he\u2026<\/p>\n

Princess: You\u2019ll still see mum and dad in it, just not physically. But the good thing is now my parents have come out with this agreement to be fine<\/a>, so hopefully season three they will actually be in it. It\u2019s so good as now there\u2019s just no issues.<\/p>\n

Junior: We\u2019re really strong as a family and excited to just get on with our lives. It\u2019s almost better this season that it\u2019s more focused on Princess \u2013 that is the whole point of the show.<\/p>\n

How frustrating is it when you hear stories that aren\u2019t true?<\/p>\n

Junior: It\u2019s not nice when people have bad things to say, especially when it\u2019s your family. Our lives are in the public eye, which means we get a lot of attention \u2013 some unwanted. This season is more Princess\u2019s point of view on things, clearing up a few things, because there\u2019s a lot of background noise.<\/p>\n

Being in the spotlight has its ups and downs \u2013 how do you deal with those?<\/p>\n

Junior: In everything you do, whether you\u2019re known or not, you\u2019re always going to have people that hate on everything. But we\u2019re quite a strong family, and obviously we know what goes on behind closed doors, so it doesn\u2019t really affect us.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s sad, but we\u2019ve had to deal with negative things a lot in our lives so we\u2019re now at a stage where we know how it works and we\u2019re very used to it. We just stay strong and united.<\/p>\n

Are you dating right now, Princess?<\/p>\n

Princess: To be honest, I\u2019m just focusing on work at the moment, dating isn\u2019t really my priority. But who\u2019s to say I won\u2019t date in the future!<\/p>\n

Princess, we see Junior\u2019s girlfriend Jasmine in the show, are you two close?<\/p>\n

Princess: So close. I feel like she makes my brother so happ<\/a>y, and that\u2019s the best thing.<\/p>\n

Junior: Yeah, we\u2019re just young and in love, man!<\/p>\n

You\u2019re good mates with Heidi Katona, who pops up in the show\u2026<\/p>\n

Princess: I think people love to see our relationship, we just bounce off each other. And we\u2019ve gone through similar situations, so I feel like we\u2019re just naturally closer. I\u2019ve known her since I was a baby. Our friendship\u2019s real and people can see that.<\/p>\n

Tell us about Heidi\u2019s mum Kerry, who appears briefly too\u2026<\/p>\n

She\u2019s known me since I was a baby, I\u2019ve seen her a lot throughout my life. She\u2019s such a lovely person, And again, you\u2019ll just see us bounce off each other.<\/p>\n

Harvey features more, was that important for you?<\/p>\n

Junior: He\u2019s our big brother \u2013 and our little brother, in a way. He\u2019s a massive part of our family. We\u2019ve both grown up with him. We\u2019ve got such a special bond. I think people know that, but they haven\u2019t seen it in a while.<\/p>\n

We know Harvey<\/a> inside and out \u2013 how to deal with his disabilities, his autism. We know how to get through to him and hopefully that\u2019s shown.<\/p>\n

The Princess Diaries has been commissioned for a third series. How does that feel?<\/p>\n

Princess: So good! Before the first one came out, there was quite a bit of hate towards it, then people watched it and messaged me after they were like, \u201cI\u2019m so sorry, this was the best thing I\u2019ve watched!\u201d There were even dads going, \u201cYou\u2019ve inspired my daughter,\u201d which is so lovely.<\/p>\n
