\n She went on to earn a degree in architecture while working in practice.\n<\/p>\n
\n Now design manager at Norwich-based Flagship Homes, she leads the team shaping the look and feel of new residential developments.\n<\/p>\n
\n Miss Rayner said: “It\u2019s not just providing a house type \u2013 it\u2019s the elevation materials, the landscape, the boundary treatments, all working with the site layout design to create a successful environment.\n<\/p>\n

\n She works on projects across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, and Cambridgeshire.\n<\/p>\n
