EastEnders<\/a>\u2019 Mark Fowler Jr<\/a>\u00a0(Stephen Aaron-Sipple<\/a>) is back on Albert Square for one reason and one reason only: to find the the leak within the criminal organisation he\u2019s up to his neck in.<\/p>\n Of course, we know that Ravi Gulati<\/a>\u00a0(Aaron Thiara<\/a>) is the grass<\/a>, something that Mark himself discovered last week, when Ravi saved him from a drug deal he knew the police were planning to bust. <\/p>\n Despite Ravi putting his life on the line to save him, the only thing on Mark\u2019s mind was reporting back to his shadowy boss.<\/p>\n \u2018Mark\u2019s under a lot of pressure,\u2019 Stephen begins.<\/p>\n \u2018The whole reason he is back in Walford is to figure out who this informant is, and he thinks he knows, but it\u2019s a big step to take without being in full receipt of the facts. <\/p>\n \u2018He\u2019s definitely under the cosh, and therefore he needs to make sure he is making the right decision. <\/p>\n \t\t The biggest source of pressure has been to remove the threat placed on his sister, Vicki Fowler<\/a> (Alice Haig<\/a>), who the gang have threatened to hurt lest he discover the identity of the informant and silence them permenantly.<\/p>\n \u2018For a long time, Mark has only really had to look after himself so the fact that Vicki has unwillingly been bought into this situation has been a huge factor into how overwhelming he is finding it all. <\/p>\n \u2018He feels completely out of control of the situation.\u2019<\/p>\n \t\t The week kicks off with Mark attempting to confront Ravi in the boxing gym and holding his feet to the fire.<\/p>\n \u2018I think deep down, Mark doesn\u2019t want it to be Ravi because Ravi is a family man and he sees a lot of similarities between himself and Ravi. <\/p>\n \u2018But, at the end of the day, in Mark\u2019s mind, his family is more important, and Vicki\u2019s safety is more important.\u2019<\/p>\n \t\t\t\tDon’t miss a Soaps scoop! We have all the latest soaps news, spoilers, videos, and interviews, with a vibrant community of highly engaged readers.<\/p>\n Click the button below and tick\u00a0Metro.co.uk\u00a0to ensure you see stories from us first in Google Search.<\/p>\n \nAdd us as a Preferred Source<\/a>\n<\/p>\n \t\t Though Mark seemingly buys what Ravi\u2019s selling when he comes off the back foot and goes on the attack, an encounter with Priya Nandra-Hart<\/a>\u00a0(Sophie Khan-Levy<\/a>) does nothing but reignite his suspicions.<\/p>\n \u2018Mark has to be sure it\u2019s Ravi and Priya has unknowingly put him back on to the idea that it is, so he has to find evidence. <\/p>\n \t\t \t\t \u2018The only way to do that is to break into Ravi and Priya\u2019s house, and confront Priya to find absolute evidence that Ravi is the informant.\u2019<\/p>\n As Ravi\u2019s already precarious mental health continues to unravel, he takes Mark and drives out of the Square, unnerving him.<\/p>\n \u2018When Mark gets in that car, he\u2019s not sure if this is a fallout from the bosses, if this a fallout of him breaking into Ravi\u2019s house, or if this is Ravi taking matters into his own hands. <\/p>\n \u2018He is not sure what is going on, but he knows he needs answers which is why he gets into the car with Ravi,\u2019 Stephen said.<\/p>\n \t\t \t\t As the situation continues to escalate, Priya is forced to turn to Vicki to locate Ravi and Mark, in turn, revealing Mark\u2019s ties to the criminal gang to his thus-far unknowing sister.<\/p>\n On the revelation of his true line of work to Vicki, Stephen said: \u2018Mark is embarrassed that Vicki knows about his criminality, but he\u2019s also angry that she\u2019s got involved. <\/p>\n \u2018He feels like he is his own man, and Vicki is not his mum, so she needs to be OK with however he chooses to live his life. <\/p>\n \t\t \u2018Understandably, she\u2019s not happy with that, but he does also recognise that she does not operate in the world that he does, so he\u2019s always protective of his older sister.\u2019<\/p>\n While we can\u2019t reveal how the showdown between Ravi and Mark goes, Stephen went on to tease what\u2019s in store for his alter ego.<\/p>\n \u2018We\u2019ve got lots of drama on the horizon for Mark.
