Tory peer Lord Hayward said Labour faces a threat from the Greens working with other left-wing groups in parts of the country such as London at the crunch May ballots across 136 English councils.<\/p>\n<p>He said there was potential for a surge in votes for Zack Polanski&#8217;s party in the London borough of Camden, which covers the Prime Minister&#8217;s seat. Lord Hayward said: \u201cEffectively <a href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/latest\/keir-starmer\" data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|AutoLink\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Keir Starmer<\/a> has nothing other than Labour councillors at the moment in his constituency.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The question is, how many may he have on May 8?
