\n The transformation of the studio follows a \u00a330,000 investment from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.\n<\/p>\n
\n The money has been used to create a high quality environment for community exercise, athlete training and competitive fitness preparation.\n<\/p>\n
\n The refurbishment includes a full d\u00e9cor refresh, a larger training area, a new four lane sled track and extra equipment.\n<\/p>\n
\n It is now designed to better support Hyrox athletes, competitive fitness participants and members of all fitness abilities.\n<\/p>\n
\n Inside the studio there are now 14 state of the art cardio machines.\n<\/p>\n
\n These include rowers, ski ergs, treadmills and assault bikes.\n<\/p>\n
\n The layout has also been improved so people can train individually or in groups more comfortably.\n<\/p>\n
\n The relaunch is the first phase of a wider rollout to showcase the upgraded studio to members and the local community.\n<\/p>\n
\n People will be invited to try taster sessions, take part in instructor showcases, meet the athlete opportunities and join dedicated Hyrox focused training sessions.\n<\/p>\n
\n A full programme of classes is being brought back to the studio.\n<\/p>\n
\n These include Fitbox, female only Fitbox, Hyrox training, low impact circuits, school Fitbox, Boxercise and family Fitbox sessions.\n<\/p>\n
\n As part of the improvements, members will now have access to a specialist Hyrox training space included in their membership at no extra cost.\n<\/p>\n
\n The upgraded Fitbox studio aims to be versatile, supporting both everyday fitness and high intensity functional training.\n<\/p>\n
\n Other benefits include space and equipment for those preparing for fitness competitions, a more comfortable and accessible setting, a wider choice of classes and a motivating environment for everyone, from beginners to experienced competitors.\n<\/p>\n

\n Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub is part of the LiveWire network.\n<\/p>\n
\n LiveWire is the largest provider of leisure and library facilities in Warrington.\n<\/p>\n
\n It operates three neighbourhood hubs, two community hubs, one leisure centre and 13 libraries, with more than three million visitors in the past year.\n<\/p>\n
