Don\u2019t push it and listen to your body.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>These days, she says the biggest factor keeping her consistent is simply paying attention to how movement affects her mood and energy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen I don\u2019t work out, I feel such a difference,\u201d Aniston says. \u201cMy mood dips, I don\u2019t have as much endurance during the day, my clothes fit differently. You just don\u2019t feel good because you\u2019re not being good to yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Her strategy? Keep workouts manageable\u2014even on busy days.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWake up 15 minutes earlier and get it in. When you simplify it for yourself, it makes it more digestible,\u201d Aniston says.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s exactly the idea behind the quick arms-and-abs routine she swears by. These moves build strength, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.self.com\/gallery\/best-mobility-exercises\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">mobility<\/a>, and stability all at once.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis routine specifically targets arms and abs because that\u2019s sort of our center of gravity\u2014and our arms are what we see a lot. And I love a strong core.
