City have a game in hand over Arsenal<\/a> and also host the Gunners at the Etihad on 19 April, but the title is now firmly out of their hands.<\/p>\n

The fixture between City and Crystal Palace<\/a> is yet to be re-arranged, but it could take place between matchweek 32 and 33 if both clubs are knocked out of Europe.<\/p>\n

If Arsenal<\/a> win all of their remaining fixtures, including beating City, they can be crowned champions with two games to spare with a draw at West Ham<\/a> on 9 May.<\/p>\n

But if City drop points before Arsenal<\/a>‘s trip to London Stadium, and Arsenal<\/a> maintain their winning run, the title will be decided even earlier.<\/p>\n

However, if City win all their remaining league fixtures – including beating Arsenal<\/a> – and the Gunners win all their other league matches, the title race will go to the final day of the season.<\/p>\n

But Arsenal<\/a> also have a vastly superior goal difference to City, currently seven ahead of their challengers.<\/p>\n

Opta’s calculations put Arsenal<\/a>‘s chance of winning the title at 97.42%.<\/p>\n
