Mishcon de Reya has launched the first cohort of its new US Expansion Programme<\/a>, bringing together 17\u00a0high\u00a0growth\u00a0UK companies preparing to enter or scale in the US market over the next 12 months.\u00a0The Programme is delivered in partnership with\u00a0Beringea, Frazier & Deeter and HSBC Innovation Banking, and concludes with a mixer bringing together founders, investors and advisers focused on US expansion.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The launch comes at a moment when US demand for UK innovation is accelerating. US investors are\u00a0participating\u00a0in a growing share of UK funding rounds, and founders increasingly report that meaningful scale\u2011capital conversations require a US\u2011ready structure. At the same time, US corporates are actively seeking UK partners across AI, health,\u00a0climate\u00a0and data\u2011driven sectors. With domestic growth and funding more constrained, the US now\u00a0represents\u00a0not only a larger market, but an essential one for UK companies targeting category leadership.\u00a0The Programme has been created in direct response to this shift\u00a0\u2013\u00a0providing founders with the clarity, readiness and advisory support needed to move at the pace US opportunities now demand.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Delivered across three in\u00a0person modules at Mishcon\u2019s London office, the Programme\u00a0provides\u00a0practical guidance from\u00a0US\u00a0qualified\u00a0lawyers, sector\u00a0specialists\u00a0and external partners on areas including corporate structuring, employment and immigration, fundraising, tax, IP,\u00a0data\u00a0and commercial strategy. Participants also\u00a0benefit\u00a0from structured peer learning and access to Mishcon\u2019s broader Innovation Economy network.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Selected from a\u00a0significant number\u00a0of applicants,\u00a0the\u00a0cohort\u00a0represents\u00a0a diverse cross\u00a0section of the UK\u2019s innovation landscape, spanning\u00a0deeptech, life sciences,\u00a0healthtech, fintech, data, sustainability, social\u00a0commerce\u00a0and consumer brands.\u00a0The cohort members\u00a0are:\u00a0<\/p>\n
