They raced the Tour de France together and had over 35 joint race days in 2025. I\u2019m not suggesting that Drizners\u2019s move to Red Bull should be seen as an absolute prequel to De Lie\u2019s potential move to the German team, but the Australian signed a one-year deal, and that sort of relationship between lead-out rider and sprinter can be really important, especially when a team are looking to build around a marquee sprinter.
