When their identities were revealed soon after, they were both horrified \u2013 not least because of Max\u2019s role in Cindy\u2019s son Steven\u2019s death. But they couldn\u2019t keep away from one another, and last week, the pair had another passionate encounter in The Albert<\/a> after closing time.<\/p>\n BBC<\/p>\n Related: Best streaming services<\/a><\/p>\n Meanwhile, Linda was warming to Max once again and decided to go and see him in the bar, but she was horrified to spot him and Cindy kissing<\/a> through the window.<\/p>\n In today\u2019s episode<\/a>, Cindy and Max reflected on their unexpected tryst, with Max asking for confirmation that their fling was just a two-time thing.<\/p>\n “You mean I can\u2019t post any pics or tag you on social media, but we\u2019re exclusive?” Cindy responded sarcastically. “Do you really think I\u2019d want our families to know about this, Max? We\u2019re not exactly Romeo and Juliet, are we? So yes, agreed.”<\/p>\n When Linda spied this conversation, Max attempted to catch up with her \u2013 unaware that she had seen him and Cindy in a steamy clinch. Linda was cold with Max but allowed him to take their daughter out for dinner.<\/p>\n Later, Max and Annie headed out for food, and Linda made a point of checking that nobody else would be joining them. As a result, Cindy attempts to plant Jasmine\u2019s phone in The Vic<\/a>, but things go wrong and her crafty scheme is exposed\u2026<\/p>\n EastEnders airs on Mondays – Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One.
