This attack is not isolated. It reflects a broader surge in violent antisemitism targeting Jewish insti\u00adtu\u00adtions and indi\u00advidu\u00adals across the globe. Multiple fire-bombings of Jewish insti\u00adtu\u00adtions in Belgium and the Neth\u00ader\u00adlands were also claimed by the terror group which claimed respons\u00adib\u00adil\u00adity for the attack in London.<\/p>\n
Con\u00adfront\u00ading antisemitism, including when state actors fuel, support, or enable it, is essential not only for the safety and security of Jewish com\u00admunit\u00adies, but for the pro\u00adtec\u00adtion of demo\u00adcrat\u00adic societies.<\/p>\n
We call on gov\u00adern\u00adments to act with urgency: protect Jewish com\u00admunit\u00adies, hold per\u00adpet\u00adrat\u00adors account\u00adable, and confront antisemitism in all its forms with clarity and resolve.<\/p>\n
