The first trailer has been released for The Reunion: Laguna Beach<\/a>, bringing the cast of the iconic MTV reality show back together 20 years later. The special airs on April 10 on The Roku Channel, with fans being able to stream it for free on the platform. <\/p>\n

The trailer beings with Lauren Conrad and Kristin Cavallari, sitting together beside a fire, with Cavallari explaining: “We have never had a conversation on camera, just the two of us.”<\/p>\n

The special will see comedian and actor Casey Wilson lead a discussion as Conrad, Cavallari, and castmates Stephen Colletti, Lo Bosworth, Talan Torriero, Trey Phillips, Christina Shuller, Dieter Schmitz, Jessica Smith and Alex Hooser, all come together to reminisce about the show two decades later.<\/p>\n

Describing the experience of being followed by cameras as a teenager, Conrad says: “It was a really weird thing we went through. Like, it’s strange that people showed up at our high school and asked us to do this.”<\/p>\n

Cavallari describes the show as being “hard to revisit” for everyone in the cast, for different reasons. <\/p>\n

The special will feature the cast talking about, among other things, the infamous ‘What Happens in Cabo,’ episode with Colletti calling it: “One of the worst moments that happened when I was a kid.”<\/p>\n

Later Colletti calls the reunion a “serious, full-circle moment”.<\/p>\n

In a press release for special, The Roku Channel wrote: “Featuring behind-the-scenes stories, cast reactions to iconic episodes, and a return to Laguna Beach, they reflect on the friendships, love triangles and drama that changed their lives.”<\/p>\n

Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County aired on MTV for three seasons between 2004 and 2006. After the show finished, Conrad was given her own spin-off, The Hills, which followed her new life in Los Angeles. <\/p>\n

The Reunion: Laguna Beach airs on April 10 on The Roku Channel.<\/p>\n
