A chiropractor in Victoria has entered a consent resolution with the governing body after submitting false insurance claims.<\/p>\n

Jennifer McNeill entered the undertaking and consent resolution on Feb. 23, 2026, according to a notice posted to the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cOn May 20, 2025, the College received a public complaint involving allegations that the Registrant had submitted false insurance claims,\u201d the notice says.<\/p>\n

McNeill is now required to not repeat the conduct, complete a learning course on professional ethics, cooperate with random audits of her billing and clinical records for one year, meet with a college practice advisor as needed, and cover a portion of the costs of the investigation.<\/p>\n

Her registration with the college was also suspended for five days.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Inquiry Committee is satisfied that this resolution is consistent with the College\u2019s mandate to serve and protect the public,\u201d the notice says.<\/p>\n
