Discovery, launches direct\u2011to\u2011consumer today in the UK and Ireland, completing the service\u2019s European rollout. The expansion also marks the service\u2019s entry into 12 countries and regions across Asia Pacific \u2013 including Bhutan, Fiji, Kiribati, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, Niue, Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu \u2013 and paves the way for the launch of HBO Max in New Zealand in mid\u20112026.<\/p>\n
For the first time, customers in these new countries and regions will be able to watch the very best content from Warner Bros. Discovery on HBO Max including HBO, Warner Bros. Pictures, Warner Bros. Television, DC Studios, New Line Cinema, Max Original series, Discovery programming, and TNT Sports in the UK.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Subscribers will be able to watch the hugely anticipated eight-episode first season of the upcoming HBO Original \u201cHarry Potter\u201d series, titled Harry Potter and the Philosopher\u2019s Stone, which will debut Christmas 2026 \u2013 and the incredible original programming, from Emmy\u00ae, Golden Globe\u00ae and Critics\u2019 Choice award-winning Max Original The Pitt, available\u00a0for the first time in the UK and Ireland, to upcoming episodes of new HBO Original series DTF St. Louis and Rooster.\u00a0For returning titles, the first episode of the third season of The Comeback will be available on the service from launch and upcoming episodes will air in line with US transmission, with the third season of Euphoria arriving on the service in April, followed by the third instalment of House of the Dragon later in the year.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n

Following the major success of Warner Bros. Pictures\u2019 slate at this year\u2019s Oscars\u00ae ceremony, movie fans will be able to catch multi-award winning, One Battle After Another\u00a0and Sinners*. HBO Max will include the full range of TNT Sports content and live coverage. Over the coming year alone, fans can stream exclusive matches from the Premier League, Emirates FA Cup\u00a0and Adobe Women\u2019s FA Cup, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League\u00a0and UEFA Conference League, as well as every Gallagher PREM Rugby match, Premiership Women\u2019s Rugby, more than 1,000 live cycling broadcasts each year including every stage from the Tour de France, every match from the Australian Open and Roland-Garros, every MotoGP race, plus the World Snooker Tour, the winter sports season, as well as Olympic Games Los Angeles 2028\u00a0coming up.<\/p>\n
