Set within the Koret Lofts building, this live-work apartment sits at ground level within a former warehouse in Vancouver\u2019s Gastown district. Exposed brick walls, concrete surfaces and heavy timber elements form the primary material palette. Custom architectural metalwork introduces division and privacy while maintaining sightlines across the space. Lighting is arranged through suspended fixtures scaled to the height of the room, including pieces by Herman Miller, Louis Poulsen and Danese Milano.<\/p>\n

Two entrances provide independent access, allowing the space to function for both residential and studio use. Storage and secure underground parking within the building are included. The property is listed for sale with the Dept of Interest<\/a> for $1.275m.<\/p>\n
