Alan Shearer has shared some rather nasty-looking injuries after taking a tumble from his bike.<\/p>\n

The 55-year-old England legend posted images on his Instagram story revealing the damage from the accident, with cuts and scrapes visible across his hand and legs.<\/p>\n

It looks like the former Newcastle striker came off his bike pretty hard, with grazes clearly showing the impact of the fall.<\/p>\n

Shearer blamed potholes for the incident, writing: “Ouch. Pot holes on the bike are not good.”<\/p>\n
