Regis Prograis has responded to rumours that he has pulled out of his fight with Conor Benn.<\/p>\n

Benn made headlines recently when he left Eddie Hearn\u2019s Matchroom Boxing to sign a one-fight promotional deal with Dana White and Zuffa Boxing.<\/p>\n

The fight in question was announced as the co-main event to Tyson Fury vs Arslanbek Makhmudov<\/a> at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on April 11, though the event\u2019s named promoter is Goldstar Promotions.<\/p>\n

Benn is set to face former two-time super-lightweight world champion Prograis at a catchweight of 150lbs, dropping back down after two fights with Chris Eubank Jr in 2025. It marks the highest weight of Prograis\u2019 33-fight career. In his last three outings, the 37-year-old lost to Devin Haney and Jack Catterall before beating JoJo Diaz.<\/p>\n

Despite a confident media run since the fight was announced<\/a>, rumours emerged on Friday that the American was set to withdraw due to not being fully fit in training camp. Prograis has since taken to social media to deny the claims.<\/p>\n

\u201cListen, it\u2019s not true. I\u2019m still fighting. Don\u2019t believe I\u2019m pulling out the fight. No, that\u2019s not happening. I\u2019m definitely coming to fight.<\/p>\n

\u201cConor, don\u2019t think you\u2019re getting off easy. I\u2019m coming for your ass, bro. I\u2019ll be out there next week. The fight is still on. I don\u2019t know what people are talking about the fight not happen. Listen, that\u2019s all bull***t, [you heard it] from me.\u201d<\/p>\n
