A man has died after an industrial incident in Bootle on Wednesday. Emergency services were sent to a premises on Primrose Business Park in Rimrose Road at around 12pm on Wednesday (March 27), with an air ambulance also called to the area.<\/p>\n
Merseyside Police<\/a> has this evening, Saturday (March 28), said that the man, who has been named as Yasen Sharif, 27, has died as a result of his injuries. The force<\/a> says it is continuing to investigate the incident<\/a>, with the support of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). A Home Office postmortem investigation will take place on Monday, March 30 and a file will be prepared for the coroner.<\/p>\n In a statement, Yasen’s family said: “It is with profound sadness and unimaginable grief that we announce the passing of Yasen Sharif at the age of just 27 years.<\/p>\n “Yasen’s death was a tragedy, and the circumstances surrounding how he passed are deeply heartbreaking.<\/p>\n “Our family is devastated and we are committed to seeking justice to ensure this does not happen again.<\/p>\n “Yasen was a beloved son, husband, brother and friend. He was a computer science graduate and was pursuing his Masters Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics at Liverpool John Moores University. He was passionate, driven, and full of promise.<\/p>\n “He brought light, warmth, and happiness everywhere he went.
