NASA is holding another Q&A now, this time with some of the officials who are overseeing the final preparations for the launch.\u00a0<\/p>\n
They seem very pleased with how things are going, but there is one thing that’s out of their control – the weather.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Chris Cianciola, deputy manager of the agency’s space launch system, says: “We got our latest forecast and the thing we’re watching is cumulus clouds, and also winds.<\/p>\n
“Right now, we’re forecast to be 80% go on Wednesday afternoon.”\u00a0<\/p>\n
The official launch countdown is set to start tomorrow at 3pm local time (8pm UK time), he adds.\u00a0<\/p>\n
“At this point, we can safely saw the crew is ready, the spaceship is ready, the ground crew is ready.
