After a thumping by Warrington last week, Ryan Carr’s side managed to bounce back in some fashion, scoring seven tries to defeat the Bulls 40-28. A crowd of 7,095 were in attendance as the Tigers picked up their second win of the Super League campaign.

Friday night saw champions Hull KR play at Craven Park for the first time this season. St Helens were the visitors, but it would be a night to forget for Paul Rowley’s side after they were defeated 52-10. Mikey Lewis and Joe Burgess both scored hat-tricks in the win, as 12,169 spectators watched on to see the Robins claim their second win of the campaign.

At the same time, York Knights welcomed Wakefield Trinity to the LNER Community Stadium. The Knights have had an impressive start to life in the top flight, but like last week against Wigan couldn’t come away with the two points. Trinity extended their winning run to four matches as Oliver Pratt crossed for his sixth try in five games. York don’t announce their attendance figures, so their official crowd number is unconfirmed.

Saturday saw Huddersfield Giants produce one of the shocks of the season at they travelled to Wigan Warriors and came back worthy winners, something only a handful of teams can say they have done in recent seasons. Liam Finn’s side secured a 34-16 victory thanks to the returning Niall Evalds and Adam Clune, and they did so in front of 15,611 fans – with the majority of those going home empty-handed.

Later in the day, Super League saw it’s first golden point finish of 2026, as Leigh Leopards welcomed Toulouse Olympique to the Leopards Den. After a healthy 20-6 lead at half-time, Leigh failed to score a point in the second 40, and allowed the French side to fight back and level the game. Only Gareth O’Brien’s boot could separate the two sides, as a 7,834-strong crowd watched on.

Both of Sunday’s games recorded healthy crowds, starting with Hull FC and Catalans Dragons, who saw 12,123 supporters turn up to the MKM Stadium. FC held a 22-0 lead at the break, but a second-half comeback from Catalans gave many fans in the ground a scare, but John Cartwright’s side were able to seal the win thanks to a late penalty goal from Zak Hardaker.

To end the round, and to also celebrate Super League’s 30th birthday, Leeds Rhinos welcomed Warrington Wolves to Headingley, in a game that certainly lived up to the hype. With the scores tied at 18-18 heading into the final quarter, it was Brodie Croft’s try that ultimately won the game for Brad Arthur’s side, as they ended Warrington’s unbeaten start to the Super League season. An emphatic crowd of 16,102 witnessed that game, and they also saw Maika Sivo score a hat-trick to take his tally to 14 tries in six Rhinos matches.

Luke Robinson sacked, Hull KR and why it could actually be Warrington Wolves’ year? – click here to watch the latest episode of the Serious About Rugby League Show

Super League round six attendances:

Castleford Tigers v Bradford Bulls – 7,095

Hull KR v St Helens – 12,169

York Knights v Wakefield Trinity – N/A

Wigan Warriors v Huddersfield Giants – 15,611

Leigh Leopards v Toulouse Olympique – 7,834

Hull FC v Catalans Dragons – 12,123

Leeds Rhinos v Warrington Wolves – 16,102

Super League round six saw some healthy crowd numbers over the course of the weekend, with four of…

[35
5903,101,56,54,55
0":"post-503104","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-rugby","8":"tag-rugby","9":"tag-sports","10":"tag-uk","11":"tag-united-kingdom","12":"tag-unitedkingdom
["GET
