Carlos Alcaraz holds a 15-2 record in Madrid, according to the Infosys ATP Win\/Loss Index.

Carlos Alcaraz<\/a>, Jannik Sinner<\/a> and Novak Djokovic<\/a> are on the entry list for the fourth ATP Masters 1000 event of the season, the Mutua Madrid Open<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The clay-court event, which runs from 22 April-3 May, is set to feature all of the current Top 10 players in the PIF ATP Rankings. Casper Ruud<\/a> is the defending champion at the ATP Masters 1000 event, having won the biggest trophy of his career at the tournament in 2025.<\/p>\n

World No. 1 Alcaraz is a two-time champion on home soil in Madrid, while Sinner is a two-time finalist at the Masters 1000 event. Djokovic is a three-time titlist, last lifting the trophy in 2019.<\/p>\n

Former champions Alexander Zverev<\/a> and Andrey Rublev<\/a> are in the field.
