Less quick to anger,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">\u201cI\u2019m more calm in situations where I usually wouldn&#8217;t be. It feels better that way.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">\u201cI\u2019d definitely recommend it, and being free makes it even better,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">Cage, 15, said that the sessions had improved his fitness and mental health.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">\u201cI&#8217;m a lot better in myself.
