Moses Itauma<\/a> is ready and willing to fight anyone, including an American heavyweight who has challenged for world honours before now.<\/p>\n

The 21-year-old continued his swift rise up through the sport with another impressive win last weekend. He took just five rounds to stop American Jermaine Franklin<\/a>, who previously went 12 rounds with both Anthony Joshua and Dillian Whyte but couldn\u2019t stand up to Itauma\u2019s power.<\/p>\n

He became his 14th victim, 12 of whom have been knocked out inside the first half of fights, including Whyte who was stopped inside the first round late last year.<\/p>\n

Speaking to talkSPORT Boxing<\/a>, Itauma revealed that he would be keen to fight American Michael Hunter.<\/p>\n

\u201cSteve Bunce mentioned that Derek Chisora said that me against Michael Hunter would be a good fight and in America that makes sense. Me and Michael Hunter in America would be decent, but I don\u2019t know, I\u2019ve got a meeting with Frank Warren tomorrow to find out my next date.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hunter is a heavyweight who first gained wider attention at cruiserweight, where he challenged Oleksandr Usyk for a world title in 2017. He lost on points but earned respect for his durability and work rate and after moving up beat Martin Bakole, then drew with Alexander Povetkin in 2019.<\/p>\n
